SE soundblock plasterboard

Hi,
I need to build a studwall with 2 layers of 15mm soundbloc plasterboard. I want to have the wall skimmed after but can't find SE, only tapered edge. Can TE be skimmed just as easy or should I keep trying to find a SE board ?

Not a problem both SE and TE, will skim. In fact TE boards allow for the joint tape better.
But I think it is only manufactured in TE anyway.
