seal a toilet waste hole

I am checking to see if such a product exists to cap a hole in the toilet waste. I need to reroute waste pipe from sink/shower to another drain on a friends house. It is currently teed into the toilet waste so removing it from there will leave a hole in the side of the toilet waste. Re routing is not a problem but I do not know what is used to fill/cap this hole int he toilet waste.

Do products exist for this or will I have to find a DIY solution to capping the hole. Many thanks.

Edit - the soil waste pipe is plastic

Assuming its the boss where the waste goes into the 110mm pipe, use a rodding eye to blank off the hole.
