Sealant for exterior ???

My garage door frame and rear door frame edge sealant/mastic, after 20yrs has cracked or loosened from the upvc frame or the brickwork on the exterior. The main door faces south, so it see's alot of sun.

What would be the best to use to replace this and hoping to have another 20yrs. before replacement.

Exterior frame sealant, make sure its OK to use with upvc.

Some of the sealant/mastic also seals two Upvc parts aswell as the Upvc to the brickwork.

Seen (UniBond uPVC & Wood Exterior Frame Sealant) or (UniBond High Performance All Weather Frame Sealant), but they don't mention brick on their website.

Any suggestions of which for this type application, or any other brand, please ???

I've used this stuff to seal around my uPVC door and it seems fine - not been there for 20yrs yet though so can't promise it'll last that long?
