sealed unit replacement dimension

I need to replace a blown unit so I've taken it out and measured it at 27mm depth.
Replacements are available in increments of 2mm. Do I go for 26mm or 28mm?

28mm, as you say increment of 2mm but there is a 4mm jump between 24mm and the pretty much now standard 28mm, in 30 years I don't think I've ever come across a 26mm unit

Is one of the panes laminated?

Sorry i should have been clearer, assuming 4mm glass was used it wouldn't be 26mm

Thanks for the input , guys. Pretty sure the glass is nothing special and 4mm seems a good bet.
I'll go with the 28mm . 4+4+20

Most comp doors are 26mm.....

I've changed 4 units today all on Persimmon sites and all were 28mm
