Sealing pipes to cladding

What's the best sealant to use to seal waste pipes as they pass through fibreglass cladding? I was thinking black stixalls it's black cladding thanks.
 
Ct1 didn't stick the the pipe

Thanks will this fair better then the ct1? Don't understand why this hasn't taken.

Ct1 is meant to be more flexible then silcones or at lease they say so.

Yes, but you really need "sticky" rather than flexible. Decorators caulk is perhaps the most flexible but you wouldn't dream of using that.
