Going to be laying vinyl click lock tiles over 12mm ply in a bathroom. The ply is WBP. I'm wondering what I should seal it with. The tiles are a floating floor so don't need adhesive. Would sbr do or does it need something like Thomson water seal?

A lot of people used thinned PVA, or you could spend more on an sbr type sealer primer as you say.

Is that because the vinyl tiles are impermeable?
