They should of jetted the drain line BEFORE the cctv.

There is water pooling to about 55 mm after 4.5 m distance.
Seems to have settled a bit.
Normally that in itself would not cause any problem but the settlement can mean the joints are leaking now and that MIGHT be causing your damp.
I would be surprised if it was though!
