Secondary Glazing kits

Hi, I'm currently considering fitting some secondary glazing to my bedroom windows to retain heat and control condensation. I've looked at the stormguard kit that simply uses double sided tape and plastic sheeting an sealed with a hairdryer. Can anyone recomennend this or even suggest a better alternative for a similar price..

I use it many moons ago, it worked quite well, you do need to renew it each year though as it can be damaged easily, not suitable for a kids room for that reason.
