The typical small shop that the insurer use for assessing accident damage/compliance wouldn't have this rig, though. Since there is E-mark on the bulb, they'd pass it without a second thought.
Yeah, but if the claim is big enough, the car won't get to the small bodyshop until after the inquest, and you can be pretty certain that the coroner won't be calling "Kev the bodyshop lad" as an expert witness...
