any idea if i can fix it /or if it is the heater how much aq new 1 likley to be ? 
Stuck on the rinse cycle.
Do you mean the first one or the final rinse.
If its the first one common thing would be to check drain pump, filter and hose for blockages.
If the machine cant empty at end of rinse it can not proceed to next part.
