Self Build - Building Line - Planning Question

I am applying for a self build project, but have been told that I will have difficulty with my existing proposal with planning due to going beyond the building line. It's a corner plot and the front is in line with the adjacent house (no. 2), it's the side that’s the potential issue. The outline is below in red. I have also drawn red lines cross the fronts of surrounding buildings on the plan below. If you see on this on second plan, house 12a appears to go beyond the building line on the side road.

I'd be greatful for any help.

I've won appeals on this. LPA refuses due to building line, Inspector allows it on appeal. Search for similar applications and then do exactly what you've basically done - look for examples where the proposal extends beyond the building line. If you get a refusal then appeal.
