Hi,
I want to level a concrete basement floor. The floor isn't saturated although some points show higher damp content readings after wet weather and only a surface damp-proof-barrier is feasible. What's the correct type of self leveling compound to use, cement or latex?
If cement, can a waterproofer be included in the mix?
If latex, what damp proofing treatment can be applied to the concrete which the latex will then stick to.
Thanks,
dhc.
