ordered 20 bags of bond it level master standard. Got my mate round today to mix up continuously while I did the pour and trowel. I recommend the average depth is 3-5mm. The stuff starts going off quickly - recons 30 mins pour time. Found it tricky to keep the "wet edge" as the kitchen is quite a long and wide expanse. So at times I was pouring against an edge that wasn't so liquid but the spike roller helped blend it in. Did the whole lot in about 40 mins but was a couple of bags short. Never fear, I had been given some other levelling compound by a mate- level it top which was 4 months out of date but had apparently been stored properly. Now this last 2sqm is a disaster. The new stuff covering approx 45sqm is ok. A mm off here and there but ok for tiling. The older stuff still is wet, some 3 hours after it recons it can accept foot traffic and the edges that are drying look like lizard skin. That'll have to come up I bet. Balls.
