self levelling compound - seal or not to seal ?

I've had self leveling compound down now for a couple of weeks, it's covering wet underfloor heating. People have been walking over it and there is some dust buildup. Do I need to seal the floor prior to laying porcelain tiles or is it ok as it is ? Obviously cleaning the dust off first.
What adhesive can you recommend ?

Thanks

in the absence of any instructions to the contrary with the levelling compound or the tile adhesive, use diluted PVA.
