Self levelling

As you can see I need to level a small section of floor to finish off laying a laminate floor.

The dip is about 11 foot long and a little under 2 foot wide. Is there a self levelling compound that can go onto these Marly type tiles?

depends on how well bonded they are. You are much better lifting them up.
