I have an area of path which is laid with pea gravel. Over the years this had accumulated quite a lot of moss which I have successfully killed. The problem is that even after time the dead moss still remains in brown chunks. Any ideas how to easily separate the dead moss from the gravel.

Any help appreciated.

AjayK44, good evening.

Suggest you give a Tined "lawn rake" a look, the manual type, not a mechanical one? these things are plastic and metal, for long life try the metal one.

What should happen is that the lawn rake gets in between the Pea gravel and [hopefully] lifts the moss ?

Yes, Ideal, so long as you get the metal version, it should assist? and help loosten of the compacted gravel as well.
