Servis 1200 washer, banging + belt comes off

Hi, I have opened up the washing machine but the drum seems fine. There is a little bit of movement on the motor and it seems like there might be a washer missing.

Could a small amount of play in the motor cause it to rock backwards and forwards when on a spin cycle and would it be possible to fix?
