Servis M6702s washing machine

My servis M6702s washing machine wont rinse or fast spin. I have cleaned out the filter and tried it on the spin and rinse cycle only, but still goes through the motions but does not fast spin. The washing comes out wet, not soaking because some water does drain away. I have checked the pipe from the drum to the filter and from the filter to the drain pipe
if anyone can help

Check motor brushes poss worn. Parts are very thin for these mcs as sevis went bust years ago.
