Shared garden fence - neighbours don't want to replace

Well, I may have encouraged it to make the final move....!

The post was completely rotten through, just the panels being screwed together kept it upright.

Yes I agree a nice new fence would help with re-sale value compared to one at 45 degrees from ground!!!
 
And the job is done!

Got 3 quotes - £1100, £1200 & £1500.

Called the cheapest guy Thursday night and said his quote was accepted and he met me 8am Friday to confirm everything to start work Monday.

Called half an hour later to say he had a job postponed so could start Friday. So its pretty much finished, except for post caps and refilling around the posts.

Looks nice a really smart job - very pleased.
