hi there,
I have a shed that is 8X6 and i am going to be putting it at the bottom of the garden where an old ditch and bushes use to be so obviously the ground isnt well walked on.
Now my plan is to dig 2 trenches out and fill with mot and wack down and the use 6 concrete pads and 3 4X4 fence posts at 90 degrees to the shed joists.
Now do you think this is an over kill? and instead forget about the mot and just dig the concrete pads into the ground instead?
The shed will be used to store tools and bikes but no heavy machinery.
Cheers shrimp

It's probably overkill. Just drop some hemmelite or similar blocks on the ground and put the bearers on that. It's only a shed.
