Shed fix

How do I fix this half done job please? We bought the house and the previous owner had half finished this shed/gym/workshop. All electrics are done but not attached to wall. They then stored the trampoline on the roof over winter and it leaked through the roof. They've tarped over it but we now need to deal with the mouldy roof, presumably some rotten timber and finishing the walls. I'm pretty handy but I've never done anything like this before scale wise. Please could you help me figure out what to do first? Ive got a gazillion house jobs to do but would be a shame to let this rot away. Thanks.

Make good roof and then takes down ceiling and replace . What do you want to use the space for?

A gym space probably. How do we fix the electric sockets in ? Can we put plasterboard up and attach straight to that?

I would avoid plasterboard as it does not like damp condition found in outbuildings . Cladding or sheet timber will last longer .
