Shed on concrete blocks and finishing off

Hi, I'm currently in the process of planning a new garden office and workshop in the garden total dimensions are 8m x 4m so fairly big. I look at alternatives to a concrete slap. The ground is slightly sloapy so I think a concrete block base would suit nicely.

How do you guys finish off the bottom below the timber construction?
