Short projection toilet

Hi, I'm considering one for a small ensuite I'm building in our bedroom as it's all very tight. It will be a back to the wall one as I can part inset a cistern into the wall as well (I did consider a cistern in the loft approach but can't find any conclusive evidence that it would work).

I just wanted to know if they work ok (I assume there must be a compromise somewhere)? Any recommendations, or ones to avoid.

Done a few and I've had no problems, Ideal Standard I think.
