Should I Seal these?

Places where I want to silicone but want to make sure I’m not about to make a mistake!

First, the tiles in the bathroom are not completely flush with the wall and there’s gaps on top. Should these be sealed?

Also, two windows don’t seem to have sealant at the bottom between frame and sill. Want to double check that this isn’t somehow part of their design before I block it up.

Leave the windows alone it is not a problem water that gets into the frame can escape.
The top of the tiles needs sealing.
A row of trim tiles would be the neatest way.
