Shower / bath diverter leaky cartridge repair?

Hi all,

Ive got a little leak from wall mounted diverter and wonder if it is possible to repair rather than replace the cartridge as they seem very expensive !

If replacement is the only option,any idea where I'd find the right part? I have no idea of the manufacturer.
