Shower control valves

Trying to identify the name for this recessed non electric control valves.
There is a slight leakage from the top spindle and also the small screw labelled LP & HP.
I thought this was isolation valve so I turned it, then that started leaking as well.
There is no makers name anywhere on the valves.
I have photos to help anyone tell me how to get hold of seals etc.

Possibly cartridge needs replacing, if you remove it may be clearer what model you have. Hp/Lp high pressure/ low pressure.

How bad is the water leak on the lp/hp slot adjuster ? dripping every second,every 30 seconds,

Maybe a photo of the unit before being taken apart will help us,showers can be a pain.
