shower door rollers

I am tearing my hair out with Barratt homes . they can't tell me what shower enclosure is in my flat and the door won't slide across.

They distributor for bathroom stuff to Barratts gave a clue but the supplier sent me some rollers that don't fit.

Heres a photo of the old roller - does anyone reconise it?

Hope you can help as I'm getting very dirty!
