I have just bought an Airflow Aventa 100T shower fan to replace a Manrose and not sure of the wiring diagram, can anyone please help?
I have a live, neutral and switched live going to fan but on the fan i have a live, neutral, L1(min speed) & LT (max speed)
I connected live and neutral and switched live to Lt (not working) then tried switched live to L1 and still not working.!! Please help if possible.
I have the wiring diagram if required.
Many thanks again for any help.

Are there no instructions with it?

I haven't read anything about it but a quick search -

Hi Yes but not sure about how to connect ,not a spark but sure its easy for you pro's, just need a bit guidance

I realise that.

Post a picture of the wiring diagram you have - just copy and paste picture - or say if it is the same as I have posted - is it the bottom one?

That is the diagram as with unit, It shows both my understanding is one is for min speed and other is for max speed

Yes, but the top one has two switches.

Anyway, here's another:

The wording on it isn't quite right so ignore that.

So it should have worked on max.speed when you connected the SL to LT.

That implies something else is wrong.

For min.speed you connect Live to L and L1 and if there were a switch on this link wire you could choose either.

Therefore you were right to connect SL to LT so now you have to test for something else wrong.

Have you a multimeter?

When you say connect L to L AND L1 is that using a loop wire between the 2?
No dont have a meter.
Really appreciate your help on this

Yes - but that's only for min.speed.

No dont have a meter.
You really need one for doing electrical work - they don't cost much.

In the meantime, I can only suggest that you recheck any connections you have made.
Assuming the light still works it must be something local.
Wire pulled out of switch or light etc.

Really appreciate your help on this

I don't understand your diagram.

This is what you should have.
The red link is only necessary to make the fan go at slow speed.

Many thanks will give that a try and hopefully it will work.
The 3 parts you blanked out i take it have no relevance?
The out L1&L2 were printed on the board but no facility to connect which threw me a bit.

Have tried as you suggested and working - brilliant !! Thanks again for your help.
