Shower head peg fitting

I need a new elbow/peg type hanger for an old Hansgrohe shower head. It fits between the head and the hose and allows the head to be hung on a peg type bracket rather than the more usual horse shoe affair. Must be about 20 years old.

Anybody know if they are still available?
