Shower help!mira excel replacement

My brother needs to replace his rental property mira excel shower ( i think exposed valve) supplied by combi boiler! Is mira element exposed valve thermostatic mixer shower 1.1910.001 right straight forward replacement
Or advise if any other in this budget which is easy replacement thanking in advance! ( replacement cartridge
Is not preffered)

just measure the distance between the pipe centres and any shower with the same measurements will fit
