Hi Everyone.

It's been a while since I've posted in here so be easy on me if this question may have already been posted.

I have a problem with the on/off tap of my thermostatic control for my shower.
I believe that the shower is made by Grohe, but I can't find the actual part I need.

Basically what's happened is the tap that is fixed by a small screw to a turning arm has now lost its grip and the tap just turns round and round.
Could someone tell what part it is I need and how to install?

I do have pictures if someone could kindly come back to me as I understand my description is awful.

Thank you.

Pictures are here (I think). //www.diynot.com/network/jacknicmeg/albums/

Grohe have a very good technical dept and they would be better placed to help you direct. they do hold spares on the shelf

If you were to have a photo of the valve with cover plate and handle I would hopefully be able to tell you which model it was
