shower help!!!

i'm not sure if i am posting in the right area but i'm hoping someone can give me some advice
was in the middle of a nice relaxing shower yesterday when the water just stopped!!the power light is still on so i have no idea what is wrong and i am hopeless when it comes to stuff like this
it is a redring extra plus shower
any advice is greatly appreciated thanks

check the solenoid valve. thats the valve that the mains water pipe is connected to.

had a wee look round but like i say i am crap at this kinda thing am i best to try an get a plumber out?
