Shower mixer

Hi,

My shower mixer when turned off goes beyond the end point. If its turned on, hot temp stops in the centre.

Any help in identifying if its a valve replacement or whole unit?

Can you remove internal parts?
Maybe needs new cartridge I guess.
Depends on cost and if you can find one as looks discontinued
