Hi I have a electric shower that I fitted my self, however the one problem I have is that I can only get the water to heat to ambient temprature when I have the temperature knob on full, therefore it is like a drip. the wire I have used is a 10mm cable and is run about 20mtrs into a 50 amp rcd in the consumer unit what could be causing this any help would be appreciated.

thanks mate will give them a call as it is still under warranty, thought i might have been something I did wrong.
