I have a mixer tap with a shower attachement. After about 3 minutes the hot water runs cold. I have a combi boiler. I am presuming that I do not have much hot water pressure? I live in a 2nd floor flat. What can I do for this??

Install a decent shower? mixers suck and always fluctuate because your cold mains always overpowers your hot supply from combi which, depending on the size in kilowatts which may be rubbish also. Especially if you have a long run on your hot water pipe to bath. (I assume it`s over the bath). Your mixer tap may also suck/knackered Sorry.

old type mixer taps are not designed to be used on combies as they mix in the body ,
as the other poster says fix a decent shower either a special bath mixer or a combie type wall mixer
