Shower Problem

My shower has recently started getting scolding hot...too hot!!! If I turn the heat down, the flow of water decreases to a trickle.

It is a concelead shower and is working of a system with a tank in the loft and cylinder in the airing cupboard

Please can you help???

If all your thermostat settings are the same, I would check for a blockage in the cold supply from the tank to the shower, or if it is a seperate cold tank, whether it is full of water.
