Please can any plumbers out there help? We have a twin impeller pump in our airing cupboard that feeds a downstairs shower (perfectly), but last year we had the outlets Teed off to also feed a bathroom on the same floor as the pump. Sometimes this works perfectly too, but on many occasions the cold water cuts out before the bath is full. The pump continues to turn but water goes to a trickle then stops altogether. Hot is always fine. I assume it is an airlock of some kind...? Please does anyone know how we can diagnose and correct this problem? Thanks for any advice.

Have you checked the float valve to the cold water storage tank in the loft?

posibly emptying the tank faster than it can refill.
rewasher the ballcock and see if that impoves the flow rate
Fit a second ballcock or one with a much greater flow rate
