Converted barn.
bedroom shower fitted. owner wants pump fitted to give it more umph
the h/w cylinder is on the same level, but would need a run of pipework probably 15m
the cold storage tanks are probably 12m away from the h/w cylinder, and 3m away from the shower.

so to draw off the h/w cylinder properly, to get a cold feed from the tank to the pump of an adequate size, to get an adequate sized pump, and to run sufficient hot and cold pipes big enough to the shower location.... all mount up to make the job very expensive

is there an alternative and feasible way that would work, or not?

Just a suggestion...

As far as I know dps are no more, its nothing more than a flow switch, plate heat exchanger and a bronze pump.
