Shower Pump / Shower Not Working

Hello All

First post, so i shall begin. As the topic suggests my shower with pump is not working at all.

Now for my sins it hasnt been run for several months, (maybe 8 plus ) We both prefer baths so it never got used.
Its in a little ensuite so its shower cubicle, not attached to a bath. Need to replace bathroom so we are going to use shower while the bath is out of action.

The make of the shower pump is a ' Shower Force - Turbo 2'. I am a sparky by trade, so i have checked the supply which is fine, had the cover off and there is definatly a supply going into the unit and around the pcb.

I started to take the shower head and hose off to check for blockages etc from lime scale, which there was but when they were off it still wont flow through.
All i get is a small trickle of cold water coming out of the outlet point. I stopped when i got to the controls in case i flood me house lol.

Any suggestions people, will be most appriciated

Power at the pump terminals?
Pump running?

Water turned off elsewhere ?????

Yes definatly power at the pump terminals, i have had the cover open and tested all the elctrical connections.

The pump wont run because there is no water flow for the switch to activate letting the pump run.

And finally i havnt touched the water since i moved in. The shower has worked, just its been sat there for a while.

Any other ideas? Anyone?
