Hi,

I just swapped out my old Stuart Turner Monsoon Negative head pump for a Grundfos STN 3.0 B negative head pump. Never had any issues with the Monsoon until recently, worked seamlessly for 15 years providing hot and cold water for upstairs bathroom and ensuite in the loft conversion.

With this Grundfos there is a problem . When I open the taps in the loft bathroom..... Nothing... It won't start automatically. Next floor down isn't so bad but there is a delay of a few seconds until it kicks in. When it's going it's fine but I need to find out why it won't start automatically for the loft bathroom. If I want to use the loft bathroom I have to start the pump first by opening a tap downstairs...☹️
I'm guessing I need to adjust something on the pump but what?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Olly
