Shower pump wiring query

Hi all,

After purchasing a house I'm in the process of sorting the loft out and found some wiring I'd like confirming.

From the consumer unit 16A MCB a 2.5mm2 cable runs upto the loft and directly to a Pull switch in the bathroom. From the Pull switch, another 2.5mm2 cable runs to a FCU. This is fitted with a 3a fuse.

From the FCU out a 1.5mm2 cable runs to an extractor fan. Also a 0.75mm2 flex to the shower pump.

The consumer unit is a Wylex Dual RCD unit.

Thoughts ?

not keen on the shower and fan being on the one FCU.. stick another one next to it..

you haven't said where the FCU is

Thanks for the reply. The FCU is actually in the loft also.
