Shower riser rails

Folks I am replacing an old shower and the riser rails are different lengths and diameters. I can use the same fixing holes but I need a longer section of rail. Does anyone know where to buy these? I can only seem to find full kits.

Just re-use the bottom hole, drill a new top hole, and fill the old unused top hole with silicone sealant.
