Im replacing my shower, are these products any good?

If not, are there any recommendations for a similar price or other place to buy from?

Also, with the shower, will everything be included in the kit, as in the extras link for some of the showers goes to http://www.plumbworld.co.uk/bar-mixer-valve-fixing-kit-293-16361 . Would these fixing kits for bar showers be needed for any bar shower I bought?
