Shower Temperature Dial Stuck

Hi there

We've got a shower which has been playing up and I now can't move the right hand dial enough to get the shower warmer.

It has become much harder to turn - so you can't turn it further than a lukewarm temperature.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
We do also have an issue where you need to turn the hot/cold dial back and forth before it comes on properly.

Thoughts welcome!

Fit a new cartridge

If you can remove the end cap then a squrt of WD40 might loosen it. Otherwise you might need a new head. Here https://neshome.co.uk/collections/bar-shower-valves or B & Q.
