Hi,

I've got a power shower in one of my bathrooms where the temperature dial is stuck and won't move. I just moved to this property and I don't know if the dial was working before (and I can't check with the previous owners either).

It's a Wickes aquatronic thermostatic power shower. I guess it's rebranded by Wickes, but I don't know what the original brand would be.

The dial has a button that if pushed supposedly would allow you to rotate it, but that doesn't work. There's also a small screw in the middle of the dial - I've tried to unscrew it but even with it removed I cannot remove the dial to check further.

Just wondering if it was installed to be like this? We do get hot water and the flow dial does work. Seems a bit odd that you wouldn't be able to control the temperature but I haven't used power showers before.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks.

It's a Triton alright, it's mentioned in the guarantee. I don't have anything else unfortunately. There's no model number neither in the unit nor in the manual. The unit seems to be from 2009, as there is a copyright notice at the bottom of the manual. I could post a picture if it's helpful.
