shower panel temperature dial very hard to turn

hi

we have a shower panel in bathroom (which uses a power shower with pump located in airing cupboard outside the bathroom)

the panel has two dials, one to choose if water goes through shower or jets and other for temperature control.

the temperature control is becoming very hard to turn in one direction. i have to push it quite hard to get it move lower than 35!

am attaching a photo. it is of "HOME" brand/model. not sure if that helps.

how can i fix it?

Assuming you can get behind it, you could try removing the valve, dismantling it and giving it a clean. If that doesn't work you will have to identify the model and order a new valve from the manufacturer or an online spares company.
