Hi,

My Triton Ivory 2 is leaking water from the white plastic bit shown in the picture.

Not sure if it has an O ring in it, the screws are not easily accessible. I looked on the Triton spares site but they only list Ivory 3 and 4 so I guess the shower is quite old.

Can the gap be sealed from the outside with sealant? Or if not, what's the best course of action?

Thanks.

Thanks, yes it looks like the cost of a new electric shower isn't that much more than the cost of repair.

You can get a new rubber diaphragm for the stabiliser valve for around £8.
Just remove the complete stabiliser valve and remove the 4 screws holding the top on replace diaphragm.

They useally leak from the plastic pin in the top, that is a moving pin and sealant wont hold.
