Shower waste doesn't go quick enough

That's part of your problem then , all sharing two pipe runs. Very likely that the two showers are connected to the same branch ,which is partially blocked.
 
I'll get something to to see if there blocked tomorrow then starting with the shower nearest the stack, what's the best to get job done? Thanks again
 
Had a go at unblocking, may have helped a little but still same kind of story with the infill out of the trap its fine

But put the infill back in and it overspills again
