Hi
I plan to install a quadrant shower base in bathroom. Just measure whereabouts the waste will sit and it lines up perfectly with a floor joist!
Any ideas how to get around this without raising the base?
Cheers

Depending on the depth & span of the joist it may be possible to notch it to allow for the waste - unlikely though.

Failing that it's either raise the tray or select a different tray with the waste in a more manageable position

If you do want to research notching search the internet for holes and notches in joists - many councils provide details of what is allowed.
