Hi ive got a hedge row of connifers and i want to take aprox 1 metre off the height the row is about 7 metres long and there is going to be quite a lot of large branchs etc which i will have to try and dispose of.

Im not sure of the most cost effective way of getting rid of the waste
as i cant be sure there will be enough room in a skip for all of it and so i thought of hiring a shredder and using my van to take it to a waste site but not sure what the charges would be in the midlands area and just wondering what most landscapers do who do this day in day out with the waste?

Does your local council offer garden recycling? Ours does, so for projects such as yours, I'd shred it all, then make a few trips to the recycling centre.
